We turn business pain points into working software.
Upvising designs and builds software, platforms and AI automations for businesses, and designs everything around them: interfaces, brand visuals, 3D and events.

From pain point to system launch
Four steps. The idea takes shape at each one.
- 01
Discover
We identify where time or money is being lost, and agree what to address first.
- 02
Design
You review low-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, flow mockups, or 3D previews before anything is built, and revise them while changes are still inexpensive.
- 03
Build
You see working software as it is built, so the result is familiar by launch and there is no last-minute surprise.
- 04
Automate & run
We launch and connect your systems, then host, maintain and improve them if you want us to.
Questions people ask us
What kind of problems do you solve?
Work that eats your team’s time or loses you customers: bookings handled by phone and spreadsheet, documents retyped by hand, customer data spread across tools, websites that don’t bring enquiries. We find the cause, then design and build the software that removes it.
How much does a project cost?
We give a fixed price after a short discovery session. If you later confirm the project with us, the discovery fee is credited towards the total project fee. Yearly services have published starting prices, such as website hosting from HK$1,800 a year and care plans from HK$2,400 a year. Google Workspace uses Google’s published pricing, from HK$54.90 per user a month, which you can review on that page or ask us about.
Do we own what you build?
When the quote includes the source code, you receive it, with the documentation, at handover. For a service, you pay a subscription to keep using it, and the code stays with us.
Do you host websites and provide Google Workspace?
Yes. We host and maintain websites, including WordPress sites, and you can subscribe to Google Workspace through us, with setup and email migration handled by our team.
Do you still do design and events?
Yes. Design is one of our three service groups. It covers UI/UX, graphic design, 3D visualisation, and event design and production.
Which industries do you work with?
Retail, finance and banking, food and beverage, education, telecommunications, travel, the arts, government and NGOs.
Tell us what’s slowing you down.
Share a short description of the problem. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with follow-up questions, or schedule a meeting to clarify the scope.
