The team day needed people up and taking part, not sitting through a presentation.
What we did
We built a treasure hunt around QR codes at checkpoints. Each scan adds a stamp to the player’s card, and a full card is redeemed for a prize. Players join from the phone camera, with nothing to install.
The result
The day runs as a game: people move, collect stamps, and redeem a prize when the card is full.
